Go to the site you are lookng for, somewhere on the site is the "Vote for This Site" link/pix. Click on it & follow the links.
In most cases you might have to be logged into this database before your vote is accepted.

If a site does not have a "Vote for This Site", then contact the owner to remind them to place it onto their site. Or their sites won't get votes.
